Hi guys
I'm a 2nd year student at Derby Uni and today the guy who was supposed to be moving in with me informed me that he can no longer do so. So I am looking for someone to rent a double room, in a 2 bedroom house.
It is very close to all campus' for the uni and the area is very quiet. The rent is very cheap and obviously the location is perfect.
