Due to opening four new sites next year Le Bistrot Pierre is looking for an experienced Assistant Manager for our Derby restaurant. We have been trading here for 13 years and the restaurant, on two floors, is very busy. If you have a cool head under pressure, thrive on team work, a proven track record in a premium casual dining background, are ambitious, have a good sense of humour, an eye for detail and truly understand the notion of hospitality then we’d love to hear from you!
