The Ideal Candidate will be an experienced Kitchen Manager or Head Chef who is looking for a new challenge.
With 250 covers candidates must be able to demonstrate high standards of cleanliness and stock control and be a team player who leads from the front in a high volume, branded unit.

the Head Chef needs to be passionate about the quality of food the guests receive. To deliver the highest quality food consistently to the correct timing you'll lead, motivate and develop your team and build a strong culture of teamwork.

You'll have good business knowledge and experience to effectively manage stock control and ordering in the kitchen.

You'll also have an eye for detail to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and due diligence. If you have the ability to instill pride and enthusiasm in your team so that even in the busiest pub restaurants they are focused on delighting the guest every time, this role and this company are for you
