We have double rooms available in our professional house share in Derby – within walking distance of city centre.

The double rooms are from £270 pcm inclusive of all bills (exc wireless broadband - £5 pcm) and are fully furnished with comfortable beds, plenty of wardrobe space plus desk and chair.
There is a large communal lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen with 2 fridge freezers, cooker, microwave and washing machine. The first floor bathroom features a roll top bath and separate shower cubicle – there is also a ground floor cloakroom.

There is plenty of on-road parking available.
