Our client is a 4 star hotel who are looking for a Chef De Partie to work in their 120 cover rosetted restaurant. Ideal candidates will have fine dining experience and a passion for good food. Transport essential due to location (8 miles from Derby and 10 miles from Nottingham) as will be working split shifts lunch and dinners over a 5 day week. You will start working on starters and deserts with progression for the right candidate. This position would suit Commis who want the next move in their career. We offer ca. £16K per annum.
