There are currently two males living in the property, myself who is 25 and another male who is 22. We are both easy going and just enjoy relaxing after a hard day’s work. There is also a cat that lives in the property but she just goes in and out as she pleases.

The property is located about 5 mins walk from the centre of Burton and within 1 mile of Asda, Tesco and Morrisons. It is close to the A38 for easy access to Derby, Lichfield, Birmingham, and the A50. It is also near the A444 which provides quick access to the M42.
