The plasterers will need to able to wet plaster to different wall types, apply dry-lining boards to walls, repair plasterboard and skim various size walls and ceilings after the electrician has first fixed. It is essential they will have to be able to ceramic wall tile the kitchen area (not floor), cut around sockets and grout on completion. They must be very clean and tidy in their work because they will be working in tenanted properties. They will work to their own initiative, but will still be part of a team as part of planned & responsive repairs unit. They must be able to work to tight schedules.They should preferably have own transport and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
