I am getting married in nine months and need to lose 4-6 stone before the big day, please can someone help me along the way perhaps you have lost weight and know the best way to do it or you are training to become a dietician, personal trainer and need some one to to put your skills into practice.

Then please contact me I really need help and at the moment are doing slim fast but in the long run do not feel it is the best option.
