Chef de Partie needed in the Derbyshire Peak District. Live-in accommodation is available but is not a requirement of the post.
This position would suit someone who likes the countryside rather than the urban sprawl due to its location. Excellent training is offered ongoing to the successful candidate as one would expect from this nationally recognised organisation.
Duties are to assist the chef in charge with cooking, menu planning, ordering, receipt and the correct storage of stock, staff training and supervision.
The venue is a 41 bedroom Conference and Training Centre which offers a friendly atmosphere to work in.
Initially this would be on a temp to perm basis through Full Circle Catering Relief Chef Service. This is an ideal way to see if you like the position before taking it on on a permanent basis.
Salary is 14k per year.
