Price 250 is for a one person and for couples 300 per month. This house is 5 minutes walk to city centre. There is a huge garden behind the house with a barbecue space. We have got friendly atmosphere, big rooms (one have got a private bahtroom inside), large kitchen and living room with tv and piano.. :) Price including all bills !
