Two large rooms in comfortable terraced house, Matlock. There's a large attic room for £55pw, and a double bedroom on the 1st floor for £45pw (bills not included).
The house has lovely views across the town towards Matlock Bath. There's a large kitchen/diner, plenty of storage space and a patio at the back ideal for relaxing on summer evenings. There's full gas central heating, a phone and a washing machine. I will install broadband if you want it. It's five minutes walk from the town centre (if you're fit).
I need to rent both rooms, so unless you would like both I'd be looking for two people - whoever accepts first can help me recruit the second person.
You'd be sharing with me (single professional male, 50), but I'm seldom there as I work in London, so you'd only see me on my free weekends. Non-smokers only please.
