I have a website however I now need a more advanced site developing.

The website will need an element of programming done too. I don't mind if you programme this yourself or I purchase software to do this, whichever is easier/works.

It will need to be at least 60 pages, I can provide all the texts, links logos and graphic design work for the site.

The site is to work as follows: people are able to register and place an advert on the site, other people are able to then view these adverts and get in contact with them. However, to place an advert up or to get in contact with someone you must have registered and paid. Once you have paid you will be given a certain amount of credits each month and you are able to contact that many people in a month (once you have contacted a specific person you are able to keep contacting them without using credits) when all the credits have been used you have to purchase more to be able contact people.

The contacting system needs to be two way and I want the site to be fully automated. This will be quite a large project and I'm expecting an advanced site to be made. I will need extra features such as storing information securely, being able to search databases and Search Engine Optimisation.

For the type of website I want I have read that Joomla can provide the best results on search engines. My computer knowledge is very good, however my web design knowledge is limited. I would want to be able to edit parts of the site myself however I am aware that I wouldn't be able to make large fundamental changes. I also hoped to be able to do most of the SEO work myself.

If possible can you send me a break down of costs a timescale and a portfolio of recent similar work and the costs for those projects? I understand that this may not be completely possible but as much info as possible would be appreciated.
