Are you an experienced care manager looking for the opportunity to develop a new domiciliary service?

Tibbits Ltd is recruiting a Manager for a forward looking organisation which provides home care direct to service users through the direct payments scheme.
A client centred approach is adopted to identify what is important to a client from their perspective and find appropriate solutions for them.
The company help clients to make choices about their care with a unique decision making tool.
Clients’ needs and wishes are acknowledged and discussed throughout the process to support the rights of the individual.

The company already runs care services in the surrounding areas and now wishes to develop a service in Derby. Existing clients in the area will be transferred.

- The successful candidate will ensure efficient provision of domiciliary care services directly to clients.
- You will develop and implement services in line with company policy and procedures.
- You will recruit and develop home care staff and ensure they provide the appropriate care.
- You will manage resources to deliver an effective service.

- You will be supported in the role by the senior management team of the group.
- Salary is likely to be in the £30-35K range but is negotiable for the right candidate.

Requirements

- The ideal candidate will possess either NVQ Level 4, RMA, a management qualification such as ILM or equivalent.
- A background in care management is essential.
- Experience of developing new business is essential.
- An understanding of the direct payments scheme is an advantage.
- Experience of launching a new service is an advantage.
