The room is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe/drawers, desk and display cabinet. The rest of the house, which comprises of living room, bathroom, kitchen, conservatory and large garden is fully furnished.

The house is currently smoke and pet free, however smokers are more than welcome.

You would be sharing with two clean and tidy individuals.

Ideally looking for students or young professionals, couples welcome (which would mean a decrease in the rent).
