Parking is on street but very easy and no restrictions. Rent would be £312 p/m which includes council tax, water rates, landline telephone, wireless internet, and contents insurance if required. Gas and electricity bills are quarterly and would be split. Would suit male or female professional. I also have two guinea pigs so potential housemates who don't mind pets would be better!
