One of the Midlands major employees, a leading, independent retail travel company is currently seeking an experienced Foreign Exchange Advisor / Consultant for Derby City centre. The successful Foreign Exchange Advisor / Consultant will be offered a basic salary up to £12,500 dependent on experience gained, plus quarterly performance related bonus scheme, as well as pension, generous staff discounts and concessions. You will be working 37.5 hours per week - based on working a 5 in 7 day trading pattern. (This will include working weekend days)

As a Foreign Exchange Advisor / Consultant you will

- Work as part of a team in a busy retail travel branch
- Deal with customers face to face and by phone to deal with all their Foreign Exchange requirements including buying and selling foreign currency and dealing with banking
- Perform administrative duties including dealing with post, and sending out tickets, confirmations and invoices
- Be working in a sales environment and working to targets

As a Foreign Exchange Advisor / Consultant you will have

- Previous experience specifically in Foreign Exchange or money transactions such as banking or having worked in a casino
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Strong track record of delivering sales results and exceptional service.
