Senior Support Worker

To support the Service Manager to deliver the smooth operation of the home care service, working within agreed staffing levels, and leading the care team at all times to deliver a professional and customer focused service.

To Lead Care support workers to deliver a comprehensive, individually assessed care package to each individual Service user.

You will need
Driving licence
NVQ 3 in care
Management background
Experience of working with older people / other groups
